Installation and licensing

Before you begin

You must have the following permissions to complete the installation:

• Jira System Administrators in Jira Service Management (Server)
• Administrator on Venafi platform, either for DevOpsACCELERATE or Trust Protection Platform.

Installation

To install the app, follow the steps below:

1. As an admin, log into your Jira Service Management (Server).
2. Click Apps > Find new apps from the top menu.
3. Locate Connector for Venafi & JSM.
4. Click Get app to install the app.
   The app is currently available for free during Beta period.
5. Wait for the installation to complete.
6. Click on Get Started button to proceed with Connecting Jira to Venafi.
