Setting Surveys for JSM as the default feedback tool

For Surveys for JSM to be the default tool to gather customers' feedback, the project’s Customer Satisfaction collector has to be turned off.

This guide will help customers locate the surveys that Surveys for JSM sends.

Steps

  1. Go to Project Settings > Satisfaction Settings.

  2. Disable the Collect Satisfaction (CSAT) feedback toggle.
