What are the profile permissions that have to be enabled in Salesforce?

Enable the API setting and Salesforce object-related operations to fully utilize Salesforce for Miro.

  1. Login to your Salesforce account.

  2. Go to Setup > under Administration > Profiles.

  3. Search for your access permission profile and click Edit.

  4. First, scroll to the Administrative Permissions section. Then, tick the API Enabled checkbox.

  5. Next, scroll to the Standard Object Permissions section

  6. Make sure that the Basic Access (read, create, edit, and delete) permissions are ticked for the following objects:

    1. Contacts

    2. Accounts

    3. Opportunities

    4. Leads

  7. Finally, scroll down further and click Save to confirm the changes.
