Troubleshooting error messages

If you're experiencing an issue, here’s a list of common error messages and how to fix them.

ip restricted

Access from current IP address is not allowed

Unable to refresh session due to: ip restricted

IP restrictions are applied to the user profile. For more details, review the Network Access and Profile-based IP restrictions article from Salesforce.

Disable IP restrictions for the user profile to set up the connection or switch to a profile without IP restrictions.

Salesforce for Miro doesn't use static IP ranges; hence, the app will not be able to function correctly with this restriction active.

invalid authorization code

The authorization code provided during the OAuth process has expired.

Restart the connection setup process from Miro. Clicking Refresh won’t fix the issue.

API is disabled for this User

The user profile doesn’t have the API Enabled permission granted to them.

Ensure the API Enabled permission is granted in the user profile. The article Error "API_CURRENTLY_DISABLED: API is disabled for this User" Connecting to Salesforce has a resolution outlined for a similar issue. An administrator may need to help you with these steps.
