Navigation tips:

  1. Determine which platform you will be migrating from - Server or Data Center. Refer to either "Migration from Server" or "Migration from Data Center" below.
  2. Confirm the connector deployed on your server, which would be either Connector for Salesforce & Jira or the older Classic Connector for Salesforce & Jira. Navigate to the tab with the destination platform, which would be either Data Center, Cloud, or Server.
