Configuration page mapping is not showing any value on drop-down field
Summary
Publisher for Salesforce and Confluence configuration mappings page are not showing any values in the drop-down list for Article record type nor in the Article Type Field.

Cause
User used during authentication process is not a Knowledge User in Salesforce.
Workaround
Not applicable.
Resolution
User used in authentication process needs have the Knowledge User setting enabled on their profile.
In Salesforce, follow these steps:
Go to Setup
In Quick Find, search User
Click Edit for the authentication user
On the right side, look for Knowledge User and Enable the setting
Click Save
In Jira,
Refresh the Configuration page under Salesforce Publisher
