Creating Tabs

Creating tabs for your pages is simple with Confluence Cloud.

Tabs are useful for compartmentalizing information into their own separate section, so as not to clutter pages with too much information at once.

Guide

  1. Either search and select Tabs from the macro browser, or use the keyboard shortcut ( "/" for new editor or "{" for old editor).

  2. Each tab allows you to add a title and formatted content.
(warning) Not all macros can be added to the content.

  3. Attach files or images to the content by clicking

to pull down the dropdown menu and choose Files & images.
(warning) Manual resizing of attached images is currently unsupported. However the maximum width of the images will automatically resize to fit within the tab panel.

  4. Click Insert and publish the page once the changes are complete.
