Why am I getting the error message, 'This file isn't compatible'?

To view the file from the tree menu, it needs to be converted to a .svf2 file. Here are two workarounds to open the file:

Method 1: Reopen the file in the source platform

1. Open the model file in the source platform. (For example, open the file on the platform if it was originally from Autodesk Construction Cloud.)

2. After the file is rendered on the platform, return to Autodesk for Miro to view the file.

Method 2: Convert the file to .svf2 format

1. Convert the file into .svf2 format.

2. Open Autodesk for Miro to view the file.
