Overview

Autodesk for Miro facilitates the integration between Autodesk products and Miro, allowing users to seamlessly import and interact with 3D models directly within Miro boards.

Data

• Autodesk for Miro is the intermediary platform for transferring data between Autodesk products and Miro.

• The application operates using an intermediary server owned by ServiceRocket at https://afm.servicerocket.io/.

• Access to Autodesk files is limited to those configured by the owner.

• Only data pulled from Autodesk into Miro is accessed and processed; only data used for authentication is stored.

• All processed data is encrypted, and HTTPS and JWT are employed for user validation.

• No separate copy of the model file is stored on ServiceRocket and Miro's servers.

• We collect analytics data solely for product improvements, with the option for users to opt in or out at their discretion.

Access

• Stringent measures are taken to ensure secure authentication for connections to Autodesk products.

• No Autodesk data, other than authentication tokens for OAuth, is stored on ServiceRocket servers.
