ServiceRocket is your partner as you journey from server to cloud. Our guidelines will take you from preparation to test and the final migration of data to its new home. Here are some quick terms and processes used across all our migration processes.

  • Migration path
  • Each ServiceRocket application will have an overview of the path administrators will undergo during the whole migration process. 
  • Feature differences
    • Atlassian application features on server and cloud differ. We try to match one platform to another as closely as possible. A review and understanding of feature differences are critical for both the administrator and all stakeholders. A quantitative view of data migration over to cloud is mainly covered here.

    Navigation tips:

    1. Determine which platform you will be migrating from - Server or Data Center. Refer to either "Migration from Server" or "Migration from Data Center" below.

    2. Confirm the application deployed on your server. Navigate to the tab with the destination platform, which would be either Data Center, Cloud, or Server.
