Part 1 - Building a knowledge base

In Confluence, create a new Space for your new knowledge base. Then, create the sub-pages of each category with the following hierarchy:

• Knowledge Base Home
  • FAQ
  • How to
  • Issues and Solutions
  • Systems

Using Scaffolding Forms & Templates, we will now build some templates for each category's article.

1. Go to Space tools on the bottom left corner of the Confluence sidebar.
2. Select Content Tools.
3. In the User Created Templates section, click on Create New Template.
