Moving and deleting pages in bulk

Use Space Manager for Confluence to move and delete pages in bulk, saving time and organizing your space with ease.

1. Click the drop-down in the top left and navigate to the space of your choice.

2. Hold Shift on your keyboard and select the pages.

4. The Move and Delete button will appear when you multi-select the pages.

5. If you are moving pages in bulk, perform the following:

   1. Click on the Move button.

   2. Locate the parent page to which you’d like to move the pages and select the corresponding radio button. Alternatively, you can use the search bar to search for the page.

   3. Once the parent page is confirmed, click Move.

4. If you are deleting pages in bulk, perform the following:

   1. Click on the Delete button.

   2. Click Delete again to confirm your deletion.
