Prerequisites
You must be:
An admin of the JSM instance.
Either a technical contact or billing contact of the JSM instance. To verify, log in to MyAtlassian and ensure the JSM instance appears on the Licenses page.
Installing Scheduler for JSM
Log in to Atlassian admin.
Click on Products at the top menu.
On the left column menu, scroll down to Sites and products and select your site.
Next, click on Connected apps on the left column menu.
Click on the Discover new apps button at the top right of the page.
You will be brought to the Atlassian Marketplace. Search for “Scheduler for Jira Service Management” and click on the app tile.
Click Try it free to start installing your app.
Return to your Jira instance and navigate to the top menu. Click More > Apps > Manage Apps.
Scroll down to the app and click on Get started under Scheduler for JSM tab. Alternatively, click the Get started button in the Scheduler or JSM section at the left column.
