Why is the Confluence Wiki Editor not working with Scaffolding for Server app on Confluence 8.3.0 onwards?

Purpose

To list the issues with Scaffolding Forms & Templates for Confluence Server and Data Center app and the Confluence Wiki Editor on Confluence version 8.3.0 onwards.

Answer

The Scaffolding app will work as long as no new items are added into the page using the Confluence Wiki Editor.

This issue has been recorded as a bug ticket by Atlassian, Inserting Macro in the Wiki Editor of Confluence Server 8.3.0 doesn’t load. Currently, there is no workaround for this issue.

Once the bug ticket has been resolved by Atlassian, a fix will be released to ensure the compatibility between Confluence Wiki Editor and Scaffolding app is restored.
