Text Data macro is not editable when Bitvoodoo's Viewtracker is installed

Summary

When entering the Edit Contents window, a user is not able to add or edit the Text Data macro.  Upon clicking the Text Data field, there is no prompt or pop-up window for the user to enter.

Environment

Bitvoodoo's Viewtracker - Analytics for Confluence version 5.4.1 or 5.4.2 is installed. 

 Version 5.4.1 has been taken off from Atlassian Marketplace.

Diagnostics Steps

Not applicable.

 

Cause

There is a conflict when installing the Bitvoodoo's Viewtracker - Analytics for Confluence version 5.4.1 or 5.4.2 along with ServiceRocket Scaffolding.

Workaround

Kindly downgrade to Bitvoodoo's Viewtracker - Analytics for Confluence to version 5.4.0.
