Diagnostics Steps

The issue happens on List-data

  1. Go to ... > View Scaffolding XML

  2. Check whether the Scaffolding data is present

Cause

In rare cases, the cache for list-data is not refreshed

Workaround

Not applicable.

Resolution

Go to Confluence Admin > General Configuration* > Cache Management > Flush all
