Summary

When CDM is installed together with Scaffolding, there is a chance that reverting Scaffolding metadata to a previous version may not work.

Environment

  • Confluence 7.x or 8.x

  • Comala Document Management

  • Scaffolding for Confluence Server

Cause

The exact root cause has not been detected as of this moment, however the issue occurs when CDM is installed after Scaffolding app is installed.

Workaround

  1. Navigate to Confluence Administration (Cog icon) > Manage Apps.

  2. Click Disable and then click Enable right after disabling on the Scaffolding app.

  3. The Scaffolding metadata revert feature will work now.
