If you are used to using Scaffolding plugin in Confluence 3.x and below, you may be unaware that for Scaffolding 4.x and above, inputting data is done differently from before.

In previous versions, the user inputs Scaffolding data under 'Edit' mode > 'Edit Data', before or after the page is created. In the current iteration, the page must be created first, then navigate to 'Edit Contents' (appear beside 'Edit' button) of page to input Scaffolding data.

This is a design decision to make it easy for users who simply wish to edit the page without the need to navigate through 2 pages (Edit and Edit Layout) to make changes to the page.

Also, for xxx-option macros, the item containing them must be clicked (white area) for the list of options to appear.
