Accessing Scaffolding's Administrator Settings

Scaffolding includes an administrator setting, which allows Confluence administrators to set the default setting for the Edit Contents mode.

Accessing the Scaffolding Settings Window

1. Go to ⚙ gear icon > Manage apps.
2. In the sidebar, under Scaffolding Configuration, click Settings.
   

   

   
   
   
3. At the Scaffolding Settings screen, click Edit to start changing settings.
   

   

Changing Edit Contents Mode

At the Scaffolding Settings screen, you can select the preferred Edit Contents mode:

• In-page mode
• Classic mode
