Summary

After installing Connector for Salesforce & Jira and Requirements & Test Management for Jira, the Connector app does not work as expected and while browsing the project issues, the screen becomes frozen (greyed out) for Jira projects that have no Bindings.

The root cause of this issue is due to a bug in Requirements & Test Management for Jira where it causes a conflict with the ServiceRocket Connector app.

Not applicable.

Resolution

Upgrade Requirements & Test Management for Jira to version 7.4.2 and above where this issue does not occur anymore.
