How Do I Enable the Connector Debug Log?


  1. Go to Cog Icon > System.

  2. Under Troubleshooting And Support in the sidebar, click on Logging & Profiling.

  3. Scroll down to Default Logger, then click Configure.

  4. In the Package Name text entry box, type "net.customware.plugins.connector".

  5. Under Logging Level, choose either TRACE or DEBUG.

It would be great if you are able to provide the exact or estimated time stamp when you replicated the issue you are facing.
