Question:

Can't locate the "Manage Application Links" option

Answer:

There are two possibilities that why you can’t locate the Manage Application Links option:

  1. The project which contains the JIRA issue that you have created is not associated with any Mapping Scheme.
    To verify:

    1. Go to Cog Icon  > Projects

    2. Then select the project that contains the JIRA issue that you have created

    3. Under the sidebar, click Project Mappings to verify that you have associated the project with the correct Mapping Scheme

  2. The user account that you are using does not have the “Edit Issues” permission.
    To verify:

    1. Go to Cog Icon > Projects

    2. Then, select the project that contains the JIRA issue that you have created

    3. Under sidebar, click Permissions

    4. Verify that the user account that you are using has the "Edit Issues" permission
