Answer:

Issue:

When a new Application Link is created and it has matching entries in the “RPC URL” field with a previously created connection, you’ll receive the following error:

Impact:

Domain names are automatically assigned by Salesforce (if you don't use a customized URL), which can cause confusion for the customer when creating a new Application Link.

Steps to Reproduce:

Go to the Cog Icon UNKNOWN ATTACHMENT > Manage add-ons >ServiceRocket Salesforce.com Connector Plugin > Plugin > Configure
Go to the Add New Application Link section.
If the “RPC URL” field gets a new entry with the same value as an already entered Application Link you’ll get the error mentioned above.

Workaround:

Use a non matching entry when creating a connection, then change it to the correct one, the error will go away.
