This guide will help you to select any users or groups that you want to be excluded from the comment sync.

For example, you can add your developers and support agents to the exclusion list to ensure that the add-on only tracks your customer's sentiment.


  1. Click on Apps > Sentiment Report > Settings 
  2. Click on the Comments Exclusion tab. 

  3. Type in the user or group name in the dropdown text and click on Submit. You can input multiple names or groups in one go. 

  4. Now, when you click on View Score in the issue screen, the users or groups you have excluded will no longer have their latest comment tracked by the add-on.
