The Article Categories list does not show any Data Categories when publishing to Salesforce

Summary

When publishing an article from Jira, some of the Data Categories are not displaying. In Salesforce, the Data Categories are showing correctly.

Cause

Data Categories name does not support special characters.

Workaround

None

Resolution

  1. Edit and modify the Category group’s name in Salesforce. Refer to the Salesforce - Create and Modify Category Groups article to locate the Data Categories.

  2. Remove the special characters to resolve the issue.
