After you have successfully published a Confluence article in Salesforce, you will be able to see a knowledge article in Salesforce.

Each knowledge article published by the app will also display a link back to the original Confluence page. You may need to login to Confluence to access the page.

With the link:

  • Users in Salesforce have a direct link to the Confluence page, which makes it easier to edit the source of the knowledge when needed. However, users must also have the proper Confluence permissions to view or edit the page.
  • Users have an easy way to view info on its original Confluence page. This is sometimes needed because of the limitations in displaying some Confluence content in Salesforce.
