How do I add users or groups as content owners?

Answer

Admins are able to specify users or groups as content owners of Pathways. This means they will allow to create and/or manage Pathways. 

All system administrators, Confluence administrators, space administrators, and personal space administrators have this permission by default. Users must have the View and Add Pages permission in the respective spaces.

  1. Go to the (gear icon)> General configuration.

  2. In the sidebar, under the Knowledge Pathways section, click on Permission.



  3.  On the Knowledge Pathways Settings screen, you are able to add any user or group as content owners by typing the user name or group name in their respective fields:
