Link in New Window
This macro is currently not available on Cloud.
Macros will be migrated along with the page, and no data will be lost after migration. On Cloud, macros are hidden in View mode, but are visible in Edit mode where they are marked as (Legacy). More details are available on the FAQ on Confluence Server Linking to Confluence Cloud migration page.
Links to a page/URL by opening the link in the existing tab or new tab within the same browser.
Opening the link as a pop-up window is available for the Firefox browser.
Migratable to Cloud?
The name of the page, or the URL.
Full URLs must begin with a valid web protocol such as HTTP, HTTPS or FTP to avoid unexpected errors. Relative URLs must start with a forward slash or be written in wiki markup.
Link text to display.
Either normal (the default) or popup.
If set to popup, many of the settings below will default to those appropriate for a popup window.
The width of the new window.
The height of the new window.
The ID of the window to open in. Links that reuse the same target will reuse the same window.
The tip to display while the mouse is hovering over the link.
If false, the scrollbar will be hidden. Works with IE, Firefox & Opera only.
If false, the menubar will be hidden.
If false, the location bar will be hidden. Works with Opera only.
If false, the status bar will be hidden.
If false, the window will not be resizable. Works with IE only.
If false, the link will not have an "open new window" icon.
