Viewing survey reports
Utilize the survey report feature to gather, assess, and analyze customer feedback. This report serves as a valuable tool for enhancing your support team’s performance by using service industry quality metrics.
Here’s how you can view and export the report.
Go to Projects > Apps > HR Surveys report.
Navigate to the top of the page and configure the survey report parameters by selecting a template from the drop-down menu and specifying the desired time range. Once done, the report will be displayed.
Click Export to download the survey report. The data will be saved in CSV format.
