Prerequisites

You must be:

  • An admin of the Confluence Server instance.

Step 1: Download Google Calendar for Confluence

  1. Go to the Gear Icon  > Manage apps.
  2. Click Find new apps.
  3. Search for Google Calendar for Confluence.
  4. Click on Install.
  5. Ensure the app is successfully installed.

Step 2: Obtain a free license for Google Calendar for Confluence

  1. Obtain a free ServiceRocket license from the ServiceRocket Marketplace.  

    1. Click Try it free and select the Hosting Option.

    2. Once redirected to ServiceRocket Marketplace, click on the Try It Free | Buy Now button. An example ServiceRocket product page with the Try it free button is shown below.

    3. Follow the on-screen prompts.
    4. You will receive an email with a link to the license key.
    5. Download the license key.
  2. Go to the Gear Icon  > General configuration.
  3. In the sidebar, under "Google Calendar for Confluence Configuration", click License.
  4. Upload the ServiceRocket License .key file by clicking Choose File.
  5. Click Install.
  6. If your license is valid, it will be displayed under Current License. 

(info) Note: ServiceRocket Licenses differ from Atlassian SEN licenses as they are managed differently. A Redirection license is shown below as an example.
