Answer
It is most likely you are trying to enter an Atlassian License Key into the ServiceRocket License key field.
Our add-ons utilize a Dual Licensing feature which allows entering licenses from either the ServiceRocket Marketplace or Atlassian Marketplace.
Either the ServiceRocket license or the Atlassian license must be entered in their own respective license locations. Refer to the Installation guide for Confluence Server page for more information on how to do this.
To confirm whether your license key is from Atlassian, check whether it starts with "AAA".
