Managing Zoom integration

Enable the connection to ensure a seamless integration between Zoom and Attendance Taker for Google Calendar

Here’s what you can do to manage the Zoom integration:

Authenticating Zoom connections

  1. Open Google Calendar.

  2. Select Attendance Taker from the sidebar on the right.

  3. Click on the Attendance Report button.

  4. Click the three ellipses on the top right corner of the menu and select Manage Integrations.

  5. Toggle Zoom and then sign in to Zoom.

That’s it! You have now verified the connection between your Zoom account and Attendance Taker.

Revoking Zoom connections

  1. Open Google Calendar.

  2. Select Attendance Taker from the sidebar on the right.

  3. Click on the Attendance Report button.

  4. Click the three ellipses on the top right corner of the menu and select Manage Integrations.

  5. Toggle Zoom off.

  6. Click Yes to confirm the revocation of Zoom access.

You have disconnected your Zoom account from Attendance Taker.
