This guide shows you how to make changes to existing meetings that have been scheduled with Attendance Taker for Google Calendar.
Authorize Zoom to connect with Google Calendar. If you have not done so, you will be prompted to do so. Learn more in our guide, Managing Zoom Integration.
Open Google Calendar.
Select Attendance Taker from the sidebar on the right.
Next, click Manage Events.
Under the Choose a meeting dropdown menu, select Other Meetings.
You can perform the following actions during the meeting:
Click Update to change the meeting settings.
i. You are allowed to change all the listed settings.
ii. Update the meeting by clicking the Update button at the footer.
iii. You will see a confirmation screen and receive a new meeting invitation.
Click Delete to cancel a meeting.
i. Click Confirm Delete in the confirmation screen.
ii. The meeting is now canceled.
Tip: Select the scheduled meeting you want to update or delete from Google Calendar.
