Ourly allows users without email addresses to sign up for a Workplace account. This page shows you the steps. 

This app was previously called Emailless.

Steps

  1. Visit Ourly at https://ourly.custom-apps-sr.com/. 
    You will see the home page of Ourly.

  2. Click Activate Account.
  3. In the following screen, specify the required details accordingly.
    1. Employee ID: ID of the employee on Workplace.
    2. Network ID: Division of the employee on Workplace.
    3. Mobile Phone: A valid phone number. An OTP (one-time PIN) will be sent to this number for verification. This number must match the one in the system.

  4. Click on Activate User. An SMS message with a PIN number will be sent to the mobile phone. 

    For security reasons, an OTP will only be sent if the phone number entered matches the one in the system.
  5. On the Ourly page, key in the PIN number and click on ENTER PIN.
  6. You will be redirected to Workplace. 
    You should see a 16 digit access code. Click the Continue button.

  7. Specify a username and password for your account.
    You will use them to log in to Workplace from now on.

  8. Review the terms and conditions, and tick the checkbox.
  9. Click on Create Account.
  10. Join relevant Workplace groups.
    Click Continue.
  11. You're all set. Welcome to Workplace!
